The issue then is, there is sensitive information still remaining on room1's screen. ![]() However room1 screen displays all the information they had open at the time of the session ending with the exception of a popup message that says remote desktop session has ended, when OK is clicked RDP (mstsc.exe) closes and the information is removed from their screen. Then leave without locking their screen or ending their session, going physically to room2 to start a new rdp session, this steals their session they were working on in room1 and they're able to work. Currently we have users who create an RDP session in room 1. ![]()
